Basketball Recap: Ponchatoula Takes a Loss

Ponchatoula was the 77-73 winner over Northshore when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Green Wave were outmatched by the Panthers and fell 92-59.

Ponchatoula's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Northshore, their win was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Ponchatoula will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Southern Lab at 6:00 p.m. on December 2. As for Northshore, they will be taking part in a tournament against Jesuit at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
