Volleyball Recap: Fenton Triumphs

The Fenton Tigers earned a 2-0 win over the Fraser Ramblers on Monday.

Eva Long paced Fenton's offense, picking up nine kills. Long really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with nine. Alejandra Ayotte and Maryn Teddy kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Fenton's victory bumped their record up to 19-12. As for Fraser, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-18-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Fenton will face off against Notre Dame Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The last five games the Fighting Irish have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Fraser, they will head out on the road to square off against Warren Woods-Tower at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
