Soccer Recap: May River Makes It Three in a Row on the Road

May River won the last time they faced Bluffton and things went their way on Friday too. The Sharks came out on top against the Bobcats by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for May River.

Madalynn Baker and Jules Titone scored all three of May River's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 14 goals.

May River's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-5. The road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three games. As for Bluffton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

May River has already played their next contest, a 9-0 victory against Colleton County on the 1st. As for Bluffton, they are taking a road trip to take on Fort Dorchester at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
