There's no place like home for Warde, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Westhill Vikings on Saturday. The victory continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won four in a row.

Warde walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-18, 25-18.

Ivy Feay paced Warde's offense, picking up 13 kills. Feay got some help from Laila Henry and her 31 assists. Finally, Feay was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Warde's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Westhill, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Warde will take on rival Ridgefield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Westhill is set to face off against their familiar foe Norwalk at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
