Buckingham is a perfect 10-0 against Cumberland since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Knights will welcome the Dukes at 5:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Buckingham's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Cumberland has been banged up by 11 consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Buckingham fell victim to Lunenburg Central and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They fell just short of the Chargers by a score of 1-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Knights haven't been shut out since back in April.

Meanwhile, Cumberland also failed to score in their most recent game. They fell just short of Lunenburg Central by a score of 2-0 on Thursday.

Buckingham's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 8-1 and their overall record down to 9-5. As for Cumberland, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-13.

Everything went Buckingham's way against Cumberland in their previous meeting back in April, as Buckingham made off with an 11-1 win. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Dukes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
