Basketball Recap: Quincy Takes a Loss

Quincy lost against Chelan back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Quincy Jackrabbits took a 50-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chelan Mountain Goats. The Jackrabbits have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Quincy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Chelan, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Quincy will host Ellensburg at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Ellensburg knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matchups -- so hopefully Quincy likes a good challenge. As for Chelan, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Okanogan at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
