Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Highland). They never let the Lancaster Eagles onto the board and left with a 4-0 win on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

They hit Lancaster with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Timothy Lopez (2), Erik Hernandez, and Victor Garcia.

Highland's victory bumped their record up to 2-3-1. As for Lancaster, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Highland will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Palmdale at 4:30 p.m. on January 15, 2025.
