Basketball Recap: Sterling Starts Season with Win on the Road

Sterling had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They snuck past the Audubon Green Wave with a 54-50 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Silver Knights as it put an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sterling and West Deptford will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Audubon will take on Haddon Township in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
