Basketball Game Preview: Graham Red Devils vs. Chatham Central Bears + How To Watch

Graham is 1-9 against Chatham Central since December of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Red Devils will head out to square off against the Bears at 7:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Tuesday, Graham came out on top against Bethany Community by a score of 70-60 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game).

Graham can attribute much of their success to Ladario Johnson, who dropped a double-double with 22 points and 11 boards, and Micah Woods, who posted 22 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals. Woods' big performance that evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 22 points. Another player making a difference was Kordell Hinton, who had six points and three steals.

Graham smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 20 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 13 offensive boards every time they've taken the court this season.

Meanwhile, Chatham Central earned a 70-60 win over Graham last Friday. The Bears haven't had any issues with the Red Devils recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Graham now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Chatham Central, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Graham came up short against Chatham Central in their previous matchup last Friday, falling 70-60. Can the Red Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
