Soccer Recap: Goddard Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Goddard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 4-0 to the Valley Center Hornets. While losing is never fun, Goddard can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas soccer rankings (they are ranked 42nd, while Valley Center are ranked sixth).

Goddard now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Valley Center, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0-1.

Coming up, Goddard will square off against Derby at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Valley Center, they will face off against Newton on Tuesday.
