Fayette Academy took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday (and then some). They took their match with ease, bagging a 63-29 win over the Central Baptist Swordsmen. With the Vikings ahead 33-11 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Fayette Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Corbin Bowling out in front who went 8 for 17 en route to 18 points plus two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kahne Dozier, who had nine points plus six rebounds and three steals.

Central Baptist dropped their record down to 1-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
