Basketball Recap: Memphis Home Education Association Comes Up Short

Memphis Home Education Association was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 38-32 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Mary's Episcopal Turkeys. Memphis Home Education Association was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as St. Mary's Episcopal apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2021.

Memphis Home Education Association's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for St. Mary's Episcopal, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Memphis Home Education Association and Brighton will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Mary's Episcopal will take on University School of Nashville in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on December 20th.
