Baseball Recap: Sturgeon Comes Up Short

Sturgeon fell victim to Eugene and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 13-0 to the Eagles. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured six defeats in a row.

Sturgeon's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Eugene, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Sturgeon nor Eugene have any future games scheduled.
