A well-balanced attack led Waltonville over Christopher in every quarter on their way to victory on Tuesday. The Waltonville Spartans came out on top against the Christopher Bearcats by a score of 49-36. The win was just business as usual for the Spartans, who after eight games remain undefeated this season.

Leading Waltonville to victory were Gage Peterson and Kyle Cooper. Peterson almost dropped a double-double on 18 points and nine boards, while Cooper went 5 of 9 on his way to 14 points. Peterson has been hot, having posted nine or more rebounds the last five times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Witten Devor, who posted five points.

Waltonville pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.0 points per game.
