Soccer Recap: James Kenan Comes Up Short

After soaring to nine goals the game before, James Kenan was a bit more limited in their matchup on Wednesday. They fell 2-0 to the Southwest Onslow Stallions. The game was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but James Kenan couldn't quite close it out.

James Kenan has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Southwest Onslow, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-2-2.

Coincidentally, James Kenan and Southwest Onslow will both be playing South Lenoir the next time they take the pitch. The Stallions will head out to face the Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Tigers will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
