Baseball Recap: Coleman Takes a Loss

The Coleman Wildcats might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 6-4 to the New Lima Falcons, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Coleman's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for New Lima, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Coleman will head out to face off against Boswell at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for New Lima, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Strother at 4:30 p.m. The timing is sure in New Lima's favor as the team sits on five straight wins at home while Strother has been banged up by eight consecutive losses on the road.
