Mountain View has gone 8-2 against Riverside recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Mountain View Lobos will venture away from home to square off against the Riverside Rangers at 7:30 p.m. Mountain View's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for seven straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Friday just wasn't the day for Mountain View's offense. They lost 10-0 to San Elizario on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Lobos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 743rd, while the Eagles are ranked 251st).

Meanwhile, Riverside narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Clint 3-2. The Rangers haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Riverside's win bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Mountain View, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-15.

Mountain View might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Riverside in their previous meeting back in January. Can Mountain View avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
