After losing to Ashland the last time they met, North Eugene decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The North Eugene Highlanders took down the Ashland Grizzlies 56-40 on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Highlanders.

North Eugene got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jordan Gray out in front who posted 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Robinson, who went 5-for-8 en route to 13 points along with five boards and four steals.

North Eugene's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Ashland, they dropped their record down to 11-10 with the loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, North Eugene will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Churchill at 6:45 p.m. Churchill has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 199 points over their last three contests. As for Ashland, they are taking a road trip to challenge Springfield at 7:00 p.m. on February 21st.
