If Aragon was feeling good fresh off their 53-31 takedown of Capuchino last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Aragon Dons fell 67-58 to the Terra Nova Tigers on Friday. The Dons' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Chase Russel was a one-man wrecking crew for Terra Nova as he went 9 for 10 on his way to 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cody Anderton, who posted 11 points along with five assists and five boards.

Aragon's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 8-6. As for Terra Nova, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-5.

Aragon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 57-48 victory against Monta Vista on the 18th. As for Terra Nova, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 45-36 loss against Los Altos on the 18th.
