Petrolia won the last time they faced Windthorst and things went their way on Thursday too. The Pirates had just enough and edged out the Trojans 5-4.

Petrolia is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.1 runs over those games. As for Windthorst, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-12.
