Zach Phillips and Eric Banks provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Brooke. The connection was good for 59 yards, the longest such play in Ohio Valley AAAAA this season.

Indian Creek was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in the league. The Redskins beat Bellaire 28-0 earlier in the week.

Wheeling Park's dynamic duo of Phillips and Banks proved tough for the Bruins to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Phillips threw for 197 yards and two touchdowns and Banks had 145 yards receiving.

Jalen Thomas was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 25 carries, he ran for 173 yards as Morgantown beat Brooke.

Wheeling Park's Phillips and Banks have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Ohio Valley AAAAA in both passing and receiving yards. Phillips has thrown for 571 yards this season, while Banks has 13 catches for 292 yards. The Mohigans' Chazzy Thomas leads the league in rushing yards with 676.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Chris Daugherty's team takes on John Marshall. At the moment, the Patriots are in sixth, while the Monarchs are in 11th.

Cambridge moved up to 216 from 281 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. A 40-20 win over Sheridan helped the Bobcats improve their standing.
