Baseball Recap: Sky View Takes a Loss

Sky View lost to Bear River on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bobcats came up short against the Bears, falling 15-5. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sky View saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tucker Stokes, who went 2-for-3 with two runs. Rad Sparrow was another, going 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Sky View's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Bear River, their victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Sky View will challenge rival Stansbury at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Bear River is set to square off against their familiar foe Ridgeline at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
