Basketball Recap: Mossyrock Takes a Loss

Mossyrock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 58-35 to the Columbia Coyotes, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. If the Vikings were looking for revenge after losing 50-40 to the Coyotes when the teams met back in March of 2020, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Mossyrock's loss dropped their record down to 12-14. As for Columbia, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 18-7.

Mossyrock does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Columbia, they will take on Mount Vernon Christian at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Mount Vernon Christian will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Columbia surely won't give up without a fight.
