            Baseball Recap: North Sanpete Hawks vs. Providence Hall Patriots        
        
		
        
        
            The third road  match was the charm for North Sanpete, as they earned their first road win of the season. They came out on top against the Providence Hall Patriots by a score of  5-2  on Wednesday. For the Hawks, this counts as revenge for the   15-4 victory the Patriots walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in May of 2023.
 Peyton Rostron looked comfortable as he  pitched one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Furthermore,  he didn't allow a single  earned run, the first time  he has blanked an opponent since back in April of 2024.

 At the plate, North Sanpete saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Wyatt Williams, who  scored a  run and  stole  Three bases. while going 2-for-4. Those  three  stolen bases gave  Williams a new career-high.  Preston Madsen was another,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
The  win  got North Sanpete back to even at 3-3. As for Providence Hall, their loss was  their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 3-2.
 Coming up, North Sanpete will venture away from home to  take on Carbon  at 3:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Providence Hall, they will welcome Summit Academy  at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
