Recap: St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Saints vs. Potomac School Panthers
Even though the Potomac School Panthers scored an imposing 56 points on Saturday, the St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Saints still came out on top. Everything went St. Stephen's & St. Agnes' way against Potomac School as St. Stephen's & St. Agnes made off with a 79-56 win. That's another feather in the cap for St. Stephen's & St. Agnes, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Blake Neal was his usual excellent self, scoring 26 points along with six rebounds. Those 26 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Jacobs, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 15 rebounds.
St. Stephen's & St. Agnes has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Potomac School, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.
St. Stephen's & St. Agnes will look to defend their home court on January 15th against Riverdale Baptist at 3:00 p.m. Potomac School won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Rock Creek Christian Academy White on January 7th.
