Volleyball Recap: Notre Dame Academy Takes a Loss

Notre Dame Academy was the 2-0 winner over D.C. Everest when they last played one another back in September of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Tritons took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Evergreens on Friday. The Tritons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alianna House paced Notre Dame Academy's offense, picking up six kills. House got some help from Kailyn Kline and her 17 assists. Alex White controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Notre Dame Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for D.C. Everest, they moved to 2-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Notre Dame Academy has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Seymour on the 29th. As for D.C. Everest, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Holmen on the 29th.
