Basketball Recap: Eagle River Takes a Loss

Eagle River lost against Soldotna back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagle River Wolves lost 68-46 to the Soldotna Stars. The Wolves just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Eagle River's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Soldotna, the win snapped their losing streak at seven games and leaves them with a 7-9 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eagle River will take on South Anchorage at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Soldotna, they will square off against Colony at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
