Basketball Recap: Shakopee Takes a Loss

Shakopee lost against Lakeville South back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Shakopee Sabers lost to the Lakeville South Cougars at home by a 61-45 margin. The Sabers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Shakopee's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Lakeville South, their victory bumped their record up to 11-9.

Shakopee wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 55-33 defeat against Prior Lake on the 30th. As for Lakeville South, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 70-62 win against Eagan on the 31st.
