Volleyball Recap: Susanna Ahl and Mattie Kline Secure Win for Rock Hill

Rock Hill won the last time they faced South Pointe and things went their way on Monday too. The Bearcats blew past the Stallions 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bearcats.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Rock Hill was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-15, 25-13.

Rock Hill was led to victory by Mattie Kline and Susanna Ahl. Kline had three digs and three aces, while Ahl had four digs. Those three aces gave Kline a new career-high. Madisen McMahon also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Rock Hill's victory bumped their record up to 12-14. As for South Pointe, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.

Rock Hill has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Catawba Ridge on the 14th. South Pointe has also already played their next match (against Richland Northeast), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
