Preview: Fontainebleau Bulldogs vs. Loranger Wolves
Fontainebleau has been on the road for three straight, but on Thursday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Loranger Wolves at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
On Tuesday, Fontainebleau ended up a good deal behind Slidell and lost 66-50. While losing is never fun, Fontainebleau can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 142nd, while Slidell is ranked 44th).
Loranger lost a heartbreaker when they last took the court, but unfortunately for them the loss they were handed on on Tuesday was a bit more commanding. They were dealt a 68-32 loss at the hands of Parkview Baptist. Loranger has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Fontainebleau has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-13 record this season. As for Loranger, they dropped their record down to 5-12 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home.
Fontainebleau might still be hurting after the 82-59 defeat they got from Loranger when the teams last played back in December of 2022. Will Fontainebleau have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
