Soccer Recap: Worland Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with Buffalo

Worland faced Buffalo in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Warriors lost 3-0 to the Bison. Worland were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Buffalo apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Worland now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Buffalo, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.

Coming up, Worland will challenge Douglas at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Buffalo, they will take on Newcastle at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Buffalo are facing Newcastle at the right time seeing as Newcastle are stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
