Volleyball Recap: Timberline Blazers vs. Lincoln Abes

Timberline waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lincoln Abes. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Blazers also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.
While Timberline won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-23, 25-4.
Kinley Smith paced Timberline's offense, picking up 19 kills. Smith got some help from Leia Dela Cruz and her 40 assists. Emyah Riley and Jovie Lind kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.
Timberline's record now sits at 19-4-1. As for Lincoln, they dropped their record down to 6-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
