Basketball Recap: Oak Ridge Takes a Loss

Oak Ridge lost against Jesuit back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Oak Ridge Trojans fell just short of the Jesuit Marauders by a score of 52-50.

Oak Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 16-8. As for Jesuit, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.

Looking ahead, Oak Ridge will take on Del Oro at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Jesuit, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Folsom at 7:30 p.m. Folsom knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 22 games -- so hopefully Jesuit likes a good challenge.
