Volleyball Recap: Windsor Falls Despite Big Games from Chloe Williams and Lexi Happel

Windsor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Ursuline Academy Bears. The Owls were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bears from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-11, 12-25, 25-19.

Windsor's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Lexi Happel, who had ten digs and one assist, and Chloe Williams, who had six digs and two aces.

Windsor's defeat dropped their record down to 21-7-2. As for Ursuline Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Windsor and Affton will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Ursuline Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
