Basketball Recap: CREC [Computer Science and Engineering/Academy] Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses at Home

CREC [Computer Science and Engineering/Academy] won the last time they faced Metropolitan Learning Center and things went their way on Friday too. The CREC [Computer Science and Engineering/Academy] Eagles took down the Metropolitan Learning Center Dragons 49-34.

CREC [Computer Science and Engineering/Academy]'s victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Semaj Grier, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 boards. Those 17 points gave Grier a new career-high. Another player making a difference was De'Mya Barrett, who posted 12 points in addition to six steals and five assists.

CREC [Computer Science and Engineering/Academy]'s win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-1.
