Soccer Recap: Myrtle Beach Comes Up Short

Myrtle Beach was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Carolina Forest Panthers. Myrtle Beach fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against Carolina Forest since on Tuesday.

Myrtle Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10-1. As for Carolina Forest, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-9 record this season.

Myrtle Beach and Carolina Forest will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Seahawks see the pitch they'll take on St. James at 7:30 p.m. on the 28th. As for Carolina Forest, their break will end when they face Georgetown at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th.
