Basketball Recap: Southampton Find Success

Southampton won the last time they faced Sussex Central and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Southampton Indians came out on top against the Sussex Central Tigers by a score of 35-25. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Southampton found their leader in sophomore Reagan D'Arco, who posted 20 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points D'Arco has scored all season.

Southampton's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Sussex Central, their defeat was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-7.

Southampton has already played their next contest, a 44-41 loss against Franklin on the 17th. As for Sussex Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 26-15 defeat against Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech on the 17th.
