It was a proper cat-fight when Fossil Ridge faced off against Walnut Grove on Thursday. The Fossil Ridge Panthers lost 3-0 to the Walnut Grove Wildcats.

Fossil Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Walnut Grove, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Fossil Ridge will challenge South Grand Prairie at 8:00 a.m. on Friday. Fossil Ridge's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Walnut Grove, they will be taking part in a tournament against South Hills at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Walnut Grove is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season.
