Football Game Preview: Wall Hawks vs. Anthony Wildcats + How To Watch

The Wall Hawks will face off against the Anthony Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Wall has ten straight victories, Anthony has six straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Wall is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Stanton 71-7. The Hawks' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Landon York had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 142 yards and five touchdowns on perfect 8-for-8 passing. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (177.1). Gavin E Sisson got in on the action as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Wall was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 238 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Wall didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Tayson Stucker and E Sisson. E Sisson got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Anthony had to suffer through a 52-6 loss at the hands of Crane.

Anthony's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Wall, their win bumped their record up to 10-0.

Everything came up roses for Wall against Anthony when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 74-6 victory. In that matchup, the Hawks amassed a halftime lead of 60-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
