After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Denver East, George Washington was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Hinkley Thunder. The result was nothing new for George Washington, who have now won five matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Hinkley with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Riley Minogue-Rau, Staia Yohe-Savage, Brooke Hunter, and Maddie Poch.

George Washington moved to 5-7-1 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Hinkley, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-7-2.
