Basketball Game Preview: Booker T. Washington Tornadoes vs. Northwestern Bulls

Booker T. Washington and Northwestern are an even 3-3 against one another since December of 2015, but not for long. The Booker T. Washington Tornadoes are taking a road trip to challenge the Northwestern Bulls at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Booker T. Washington has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the contest with 11 straight defeats, while Northwestern will come in with three straight wins.

Last Thursday, Booker T. Washington took a blow against Immaculata-La Salle, falling 65-32.

Meanwhile, Northwestern beat Chaminade-Madonna 78-65 on Monday.

Northwestern's win came from a few key players Booker T. Washington will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Calvin Russell Jr., who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 boards. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Zacuras Dawson, who posted 18 points.

Booker T. Washington's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Northwestern, their victory bumped their record up to 13-3.
