Orting's rock-solid pitchers showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Foss Falcons as they made off with a 16-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Cardinals in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won seven in a row.

Orting pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Foss, they are on a 23-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.
