Softball Game Preview: Bishop McCort Crushers vs. Marion Center Stingers

The Bishop McCort Crushers are taking a road trip to challenge the Marion Center Stingers at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Bishop McCort is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.4 runs per game this season.

Bishop McCort came up short against Forest Hills on Tuesday, falling 8-1.

Meanwhile, Marion Center didn't have quite enough to beat Purchase Line on Thursday and fell 2-1.

Bishop McCort now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Marion Center, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-2.

Bishop McCort couldn't quite finish off Marion Center in their previous matchup back in May of 2019 and fell 4-2. Can the Crushers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
