Volleyball Game Preview: Dover Crimson Tornadoes vs. Miami Trace Panthers

The Dover Crimson Tornadoes will face off against the Miami Trace Panthers at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Dover comes in on 13 and Miami Trace on four.

Dover saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Tri-Valley.

Dover was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 22-25, 25-15, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Miami Trace hadn't done well against Sheridan recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Panthers blew past the Generals 3-0.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-11, 26-24.

Miami Trace's win bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Dover, their victory bumped their record up to 22-2.
