Soccer Recap: Summit Falls to D'evelyn in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Summit unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the D'Evelyn Jaguars by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Summit of the 1-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2021.

Summit didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-1 defeat against Rangeview on the 23rd. As for D'Evelyn, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Columbine at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
