It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but St. Joseph Academy had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Oak Hall Eagles a 5-0 shutout. Considering the Flashes have won 12 matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Oak Hall with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alex Altman (2), Kyle Jackson (2), and Luke Wilson.

The win was the fourth in a row for St. Joseph Academy, bringing their record for this year to 16-7. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those four games. As for Oak Hall, their loss dropped their record down to 10-4.

As of now, neither St. Joseph Academy nor Oak Hall have any future games scheduled.
