Volleyball Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

Mountain View lost against Fabens back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lobos came up short against the Wildcats, falling 3-0. The Lobos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Mountain View was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-23, 25-11.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 2-9-1. As for Fabens, they pushed their record up to 10-9 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Mountain View wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against San Elizario on the 23rd. As for Fabens, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Ysleta on the 23rd.
