Basketball Recap: South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] Takes a Loss

South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 64-54 to the North Central Thunder. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Thunder apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley]'s defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for North Central, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

While South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
