Basketball Recap: Butner Takes a Loss

Butner was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were dealt a 63-36 loss at the hands of the Paoli Pugs. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly 27 points.

Butner's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Paoli, their victory bumped their record up to 6-10.

Butner will take on Mason at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Butner is facing Mason at the right time seeing as Mason is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. Paoli has already played their next contest, a 35-31 loss against New Lima on the 25th.
