Soccer Recap: Tough Loss for Heritage Christian

Heritage Christian lost against SkyView Academy on October 3, 2025, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles lost 5-0 to the Hawks. While losing is never fun, Heritage Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked 197th, while SkyView Academy are ranked 32nd).

Heritage Christian has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 11 matches, dating back to last year. That leaves them at a 2-5 record this season. As for SkyView Academy, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Heritage Christian will square off against their in-conference opponent Denver Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, SkyView Academy is set to challenge their familiar foe Front Range Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
